Scheduling Information
If you are interested in a presentation, do not hesitate to contact me at jdmadden29@icloud.com to explore the possible dates, topics and formats. Here are some commonly used formats:
Short presentations: Suited to school settings: about 45 minutes including a brief time for questions.
Mid-length presentations: Suited to church-related groups and others not limited by a classroom bell: presentation of about an hour, followed by questions and discussion for about half an hour.
I provide my own laptop computer and projector for the slide presentation. Your group provides a projection screen (or a useable white wall surface).
If you have a large “smart” TV with the “Firestick” or “Apple TV device connected to the back, I can interface my computer directly to that.
My honorarium for these presentations is dependent on the generosity and resources of the group which invites me. I consider this work a ministry and I do not want the issue of cost to be an obstacle to your group. My benchmark honorarium is $200 for a medium-length presentation lasting about an hour and a half, including discussion time.
